Interesting...
A while back I mounted a second finder scope to my C11 but I couldnt quite
get the balance right and guiding was a pain. It was as if I needed to rotated the tube - like you can with newts and tube rings.
How do you find the balance in all directions with this setup?

EAA Carina nebula with poor mans h alpha
I had difficulty figuring out a balance between the blue/red parts of the nebula and the red background. This object might be better with IDAS D2 filter.
