cardboard tube sounds good.....Upvc is just too heavy..heavier than aluminium?

I'm not really a handy man...but where to find this sonotube or I can actually find someone cut the holes etc~

Other than metal like aluminium etc, is there other alternative material available in Singapore to replace my damaged C4.5 tube?
