[SOLD] C6 XLT OTA and Solar Filter

Hi, I have a C6 XLT with a Vixen-Style dovetail plate that I'm planning to sell. It is 2 years old but still in good condition as I don't use it too often. I'm selling this as I'm upgrading my OTA to an 8-incher. It comes with a finder scope, visual back and star diagonal. For this, I'm asking SOLD....

Although the Haze is stopping me using m new telescope I was wondering what filters you all recomend for DSO in Singapore skys? For narrowband filters, Oxygen III and H-Alpha filters would be the most useful ones, followed perhaps by H-Beta. Whether to use OIII or HA would depend on the type of emi...

Hi I wrote to Celestron on this and they told me I have to build a pier to for the mount to sit on... otherwise the counterweight would run into the tripod legs. I believe this should work... Is that true? If so, how do i build a pier? :) They also mentioned that all their German equatorial mounts ...
