It wasn't that low in the night sky, i edited the piture on Nikon software that could lower the brightness of the picture and brought out more contrast and more resolution on the darker patches. it was actually a bright moon. This could be the reason for the redness ;)

Nikon D70, C102 f10, T-adaptor, telescope focus.

Speed 1/15, sensitivity iso 200
Process by nikonview 6, Low sharpening, Brightness set to lowest.

Anyone tried a 2" 5x barlow. is it a tested high precision optical add-on? or just mickymouse staff sell over ebay.
