Yeah. But i would consider painting the inside black though. I am working on the other lense. Will post the finished scope up in about a week's time.

If you leave ur scope covered, it should be fine. Haze is made up mainly of SO2, O3, carbon monoxide and NO3. ozone is a stable compund, thus not reactive. too much CO kills u, but I am very sure it can't react with aluminum coatings. Truss dobs can DIY. Hence, u can taylor it according to ur personal preference.

Oh yeah, orly, nice work u have done for the truss dob u constructed, just that the poles doesn't fit though and it is not really portable... The crayford focuser is sweet.
