if you can find out the pin out on the DB9 as well as on the RJ45 then I think just 6 dollars should be able to make the cable.

Off topic: The skysensor autoguider port turned into ST4 autoguider pinout is less than 3 dollars of equipment from Sim Lim Tower, once you know the pinout of both ends.

But the amount of work is much more. Especially since its my first attempt, the difference in brightness between the different patches and field rotation due to lousy polar alignment cause the job of stiching them together amazing difficult. But thanks to the auotmatic feature in MaxIm DL 4.5, this ...

Hi, I just uploaded a moon mosaic in the album. Yes the details are much better. But the sheer amount of work to take the avi files and the huge amount of hard disk space used and the uniformity needed in the processing later together with the piecing of the "jigsaw" together makes me a bi...

Hi all, actually this Newtonian is also mine. Hee. Upzzz, now its reduced to $600. The vixen reducer and telexetender alone costs me around $400! For users who wants to do astrophotography and feels the Starblast is too childish, this newtonian can be a good scope for that purpose. Those users who h...

Some comments about the Borg scope. Users can just get the 101 ED OTA next time and just screw it on to turn it into 101 ED Apo. Focal reducers, 0.85x or 0.4x are available from Borg for photography. The old 76ED has baffled dewshield that makes retracting dewshield jerky. This 77ED has matt black d...
