Re: My Astrophotography Journey
hi Bros I recently went to Death Valley National Park and took a photo of the MW. Unfortunately it was taken during the full moon and the MW didn't come out well. I tried editing it in PS but couldn't bring out the MW as much as I like to... It could be due to the pollution from the full moon or my ...

Re: My Astrophotography Journey
Great effort and nice skies too ! For your photo, would be better if you stick to something at least 300K in file size. Pushing it down to 23k leaves very little detail. Cheers Are u referring to any specific photo? I used the 'Img' function for my posts. The original files should be much larger th...

Re: My Astrophotography Journey
Bought a Sky-watcher Star Adventurer mount recently and took my first picture of M42 over the weekend. There are lots of pollution here and I had to lower the ISO and exposure. Hope to be able to find time to go to a dark site and have a go at it again. I tried stacking but someone the stacked image...

Re: My Astrophotography Journey
Hi Finally have some time to go back to my hobby. Here's a shot of the Milky Way I took at Eldorado, Texas in the USA recently. Really good dark skies there with little light pollution. I edited my photo in LR but some how I can't correct the vignette on the photo. I did used the lens correction and...
