Re: Operation: ISON Barycentrism for Comet ISON enthusiasts
A series of empirically observed Comet 29P outbursts from January 2008 to April 2010 This is a UVS case study of the mysterious outer Solar System cometary outburst events that were empirically observed by a team of astronomers. The cometary outburst events were evaluated in the case study with the...

Re: Operation: ISON Barycentrism for Comet ISON enthusiasts
Perhaps u can organise a public talk at a obs event. Gd ideas shld be spread to the public. Maybe u can expose students to ur theory and encourage them to do fyp based on it~~. Plus maybe u can get more exposure by publishing...I think this is common in the scientific community. Haha~~...jus my 2c....

Re: Operation: ISON Barycentrism for Comet ISON enthusiasts
Fantastic theory u have there! Looking forward to u going mainstream! Can it explain the 11yr sunspot cycle? Thanks for your recognition. I believe I owed you a more thorough response that was long overdue. The UVS hypothesis going mainstream might only happen after its scientific revolution is suc...

Re: Operation: ISON Barycentrism for Comet ISON enthusiasts
Hi Cheryl, TYVM for endorsing and appreciating UVS.
Yes UVS can explain the 11yr sunspot cycle.
See a UVS subtopic on "The 22-year integral solar cycle" that elaborates on the half integral 11yr sunspot cycle.
Hope you enjoy this UVS topic as well.

Re: Operation: ISON Barycentrism for Comet ISON enthusiasts
Back in the 20th century, there was a “Comet of the Century” known as Comet C/1965 S1 Ikeya-Seki, and the image of this sungrazing comet was successfully captured when it was very near the Sun. http://cometography.com/lcomets/1965s1_19651021.jpg The above image was taken from the Norikura Solar Obse...
