indeed! Andromeda galaxy shld be in view at abt 4.30am thru my kitchen window(abt 20-60° view only), way after the moonset... n since Andromeda is quite near to part of MW & lotsa interesting DSOs including Triangulum, might as well captured those if weather permit. [smilie=cheer.gif] but darn, ...

seem like the sky is clearing up tonite(at least thru my kitchen window facing the north)... hopefully it will last as long as it could until morning.

not sure whether this is useful, but at least it is more updated than our NEA satellite imagery. it's almost immediately update within 5mins after each hr!

oops! almost 30yrs lost touch with astro terms with similarity… globular cluster shld be closely packed stars in a group, while open r "sparsely" group.

seem i have pointed at a slightly wrong position as i wanted to have that 2 globular clusters in the the centre...
