The Spectral Respond Charactersitics graph seems awfully similar to Ultrablock and Astronomik Professional UHC filter peaking at Hydrogen Alpha and Beta and cutting off the rest of the lights. Thus I am wondering what's the difference.

Celestron UHC

Anyone uses or used the Celestron UHC? How is it compared to Lumicon and Orion counterpart? Will appreciate your input :D ... .trying to decide on what to buy :D.

Anyway, if I bought a UHC, do I still need a Minus-Violet filter? I think it should effectively minus off most of the Violet, am I right?

haha....that is an artifact on the negative....something like a scratch...sigh. anyway, more about the image: it is actually a film image but cannot remember what film was used.
