Hi Guys,
Does anyone here uses the Telrad finder? How does it compare with a red-dot finder?
How can it be mounted on my ETX125?
Thanks for helping!
Cheers!

So you finally got your LX90 from US lah... saw your posting for a 2nd hand LX90 recently.... really don't think there're lots or LX90 around in Singapore. So which Aperture did you get? the 8&...

Re: Orion XT10 and Burgess Binoviewer first light
Finally got a chance to try out my new Orion 10” dob and Burgess binoviewer (with a pair of 17mm Burgess wide angle eps). An optical corrector is required for the binoviewer to achieve focus in a reflector, but these are back-ordered for months so I made do with a Celestron ultima Barlow. But this ...

Re: LX200GPS 8" UHTC for USD1500
Came across this like-new scope avail for sale near Monterey for USD1500 incl. Meade eyepiece set and 8.8mm UWA. Sounds like a very good deal? Anyone interested? :) Allo, Sounds interesting leh. Ya loh, cost less than a LX90. Have you check out the scope yet? Do you have a rough guess how much it w...

Hi Ryonepper I guess you already forgotten about my earlier post...heh heh Your problem is as I feared. The burned PCB is caused by something else, so repairing the PCB will not work. You can write to Meade and explain your problem and politely request that they allow you to send the mount back to ...

I will be in the US till Mar 2006. Why not send the mount to Meade US for repair since its still under warranty, or better still pester Meade to send a replacement RA assembly to you? May be cheaper than buying a 2nd hand mount. Anyway, email me at acchien@sbcglobal.net so I can provide you with my...

Ya Meade quality control for its ETX series is known to be bad... Almost every new ETX I have come across either here in the US or Sg has had some issues with the RA or Dec drive. If I remember correctly, Meade has been known to ship new RA drive PCBs to its overseas dealers such as Grandeye and th...
