M42 Nebula shoot with Canon 60Da, FS-60 and ZEQ25
Hi, Overcast sky clear up a little on Sunday Nov 10. Desperate to test the ZEQ25, so even with the moon shining at 55% in the light polluted sky, I eagerly lug my portable system out. Sky was so so, with the Orion constellation visible through the thin layer of cloud. Obviously, M42 was the only sen...

Re: Has anyone tried or tested the Astro 60D?
Liquidice, FSQ85 is too good a scope for beginner. Meaning if you are not certain you going to stay with imaging long term, perhaps should refrain spending so much as a start. However, if you don't mind to spend so much (have not count in expensive Tak adapter...) then FSQ85 is an excellent scope fo...

Gary, Thanks for alerting us on this new app. It is definitely useful. However, we really also need the cloud radar forecast for stargazing and imaging. Do a three day forecast and cloud radar to show which part Sg cloudy or will be cloudy. If you got connection to NEA kindly highlight to them to pr...

As long as the scope has a dovetail that can be clamped by the mount saddle, you surely can mount it.

Re: Ioptron ZEQ25GT mount?
Anat,
Thank you for sharing your review of the mount.
We should thankful that iOptron is actively making new products progressively.
Their fair pricing also enable newcomers to experience GOTO which at one time was a costly thing.
