AR 2924 has moved nearer to the western limbs and developed beta-gamma magnetic fields which have energy for M-class flares. Caught it flaring

During the Christmas period, the Sun was covered with as many as 10 sunspots in both hemisphere. Hi Alfred By the way, that small unnamed sunspot in the southern belt mentioned is designed as sunspot 2919. Hi Mr Chia, Thanks for your comments.
