I can't really tell from the photo, (Sorry, too poor a quailty), but it looks like a lens cloud. I read in some aliens and spacecraft books mentioning that a lot of ppl mistook them as UFOs. I seen my fair share of lens cloud formation in singapore and this sure looks like one of them.

First, portabilty 0 out of 5.... the 5 inch tude is ok...(4.5 inch mirror) but the nearly 1 meter length is a bit overkill liao.... a catadioptic will be much easy to carry around.
