Another suggestion, it works for me. You can buy off the shelf small casing from electronic shop from Sim Lim and drill holes through them. The shapes and sizes are yours to pick, can be as big as shoe box size or smaller than match boxes. I used small low profile cases for my 4 inch refractor obj c...

Ever consider to machine an adepter ring to match other sct focuser such as the william optics dual speed focuser that cost 1/3 the price? just a suggestion.

I share the same sentiments. The sagittarius part of the skies are certainly more interesting. Especially the star clusters in our light polluted sky.

well it has very desirable vital statistics; 140 mm oil spaced triplet obj, 9 kg ota, PV 1/20, Strehl 0.99. If its as good as claimed. Very tempting!

TEC 140 APO

Has anyone experienced the TEC 140 APO? Not exactly an affordable scope, but for the aperture it seems good value as compare to Takahashi and TMB.
