Hi guys. Today i went off for a short observation session at the lagoon in east coast park:). Didn't see anything in the sky beside a couple of stars even with 10x50 celestron binoculars. Any of you guys had any observation sessions today? Please share it with me! Thank you

Okay thanks guys seems like my scope was just slightly off alignment and did not really affect the view

Andromeda Galaxy

For the past few nights i have been bring my scope out trying to locate the faint Andromeda Galaxy. However, i has been a frustrating experience for me as after more than a week of trying, i still am unable to locate it it see it through my eyepiece.Weather today has been good but still, to no avail...

Thank you for the links and the advice but however my 127eq has 6 screws and i do not know which are the three screws used to adjust the primary mirror.

Collimating the Celestron 127EQ Newtonian

My Celestron 127eq seems to be out of collimation but it does no have collimation screws on the back and no collimation cap. Can anyone help? [smilie=ahaaah.gif]
