For a Bino with wide view, you don't really need to spend the $$$ on an expensive precision slow motion head like the 410. your ball head, if not undersized should do nicely and facilitate quick scanning....

Wow, 75mm huh :shock: , I think you were much better off than most of us who only managed 50mm or 60mm at most when we were in P6 ... rich kid huh :lol: :lol: :lol: 8) I only bought my first scope, an Eduscience 114mm reflector from Toys R Us 2 years ago when I first re-kindled my astronomy interes...

Only 4 scopes for me,
a small get-up-and go scope like the ETX90, a small short tube refractor for wide views, a medium 4" goto scope, and an 8" LX200
of course, having a big vehicle and house would have helped also..
time to check those big sweep tickets :lol:

there's an easier way....ask all 70 members to access yahoo.com and search for singastro.org. each member does it a few times and walla! enough "hits" to qualify for a position in the priority list! :wink:
