I'm starting this thread on astronomy podcasts and vodcasts (i.e. audio programmes and video programs, respectively).
My favourite podcast is the 'Jodcast', which is made by astronomers at Jodrell Bank Observatory in Cheshire and at the Jodrell Bank Centre for Astrophysics in Manchester, UK.
These podcasts are released near the start of each month, and sometimes there is an "extra" show in the middle of the month.
Each episode typically lasts about an hour and consists of 3 segments: the latest astronomy / astrophysics news, interviews with professional astronomers on a topic, and then a narration of the night sky for that month (northern and southern skies).
I've found the Jodcasts to be the best regular podcast on the web. The content is very good and professionally made, and the audio is clear. I often listen to Jodcasts at night using an iPad before going to bed (and usually falling asleep halfway), or sometimes on the bus after downloading them onto my smartphone.
The latest Jodcast may be accessed here:

An archive of earlier episodes may be found here:

If others know of good audio podcasts or video 'vodcasts', would be good to list them on this thread with a brief description.
