Very interesting that LINEAR became the 2nd comet to be observed having such outbursts.

As seen in the second image, taken in a different wavelength, LINEAR reveals a sweet spiral pattern similar to how spiral galaxies look!

Will be closely monitoring LINEAR. From what I have heard from amateur astronomers, they mentioned that LINEAR looks brighter and larger than comet ISON currently. Those of you who want to give a shot at finding LINEAR, it's currently in Coma Berenices (refer to the information the linked S&T article). Good luck people! ^_^
