COSMOS: A Spacetime Odyssey (National Geographic Channel)

Post by Gary »

Starting this thread to discuss about the upcoming 13-episode series COSMOS: A SPACETIME ODYSSEY on National Geographic Channel.

The premiere for Singapore (and Southeast Asia) is on 15 March 2014 at 10pm. On the same day morning at 8am, there will be a special 2-hour Live From Space segment viewable in Singapore too. This is a live TV programme involving interaction with the astronauts in the International Space Station (ISS).

If and when I get more updated info from Fox International Channels or National Geographic Channel, I will update this thread.

Looking forward to the astronomy/stargazing awareness this series will create!

Speaking of COSMOS, it will be premiering very soon in US (9 March)! Can't wait to read the audience response during and after the first episode!

Expletive by Seth after Neil's reply on multiverse (what Seth said after that was even more hilarious!).

Question from Singapore at 39:11min! :)

Most welcomed. Didn't see any repeats for Episode 1 from now till 6 April for StarHub (http://www.starhubtvanywhere.com/schedule). Maybe later. But in any case, when the full series is out on blu-ray, we will be buying it anyway! :)

For those watching COSMOS on Starhub's National Geographic Channels (411 and 457), do take note their numbering for episode 4 and 5 is wrong - 4 should be 5 and vice versa.

What an amazing episode 5 last Saturday! Especially the visuals of the last few scenes in HD!
