Well i think it could be a good spot but i haven't done observations there yet as i haven't got a scope. Does anyone know about the 13m Tracking Antenna Dish there? , there is a small car park lot there which i thought might be a decent observation site.

Is it dark? Are there any street lights nearby? Is that car park secluded and has few cars?

It is secluded at night and is free parking btw. it has a good angle of view as it is a site for an tracking antenna which requires a little obstruction as possible.
I believe there is minimal lighting , i can't remember lighting situation at night. Well once i get a scope i might try there as a trial.

I was thinking of trying it also as its near my office - I know it has good S/SW views from excersise area.

Another possibilty on or near Henderson Bridge which has both North and South veiws, same near Mount Faber. The Bridge itself might have a vibration cos its wooden. Will have to check it out next time I run past there.
