For those who can't get enough of Prof Brian Cox's British accent, this is his own description of his book. :)

For info, I saw a few astronomy related documentary DVD sets on sale at Borders. I heard from my colleague they were down to 50% now. I went a few weeks back and bought the latest Astro Magazines at only 30% off.. [smilie=blocked.gif]

Tonight at 9.05 pm on Ch 407:

"Episode 4: Dead or Alive"

"We travel to the tallest mountain on Earth the volcano Mauna Kea on Hawaii to show how something as basic as a planet's size can make the difference between life and death. Yet, even the summit of this volcano would stand in the shade of the tallest mountain in the Solar System. This extinct volcano on Mars called Olympus Mons, rises up 27kms. However, the fifth Wonder in the series isn't on a planet at all. It's on a tiny moon of Jupiter."
