Apparently according to Singapore driving laws, it is an offence to commit a hit-and-run on a dog. But NOT for cats or birds. Can be fine up to $3000.
Drivers please take note.

Some of these dog owners let their dogs out--unattended-- to shit at other people's house front or road.Some of these dogs even attack you if you are on the road.Protect such dogs-- from such low consciences owners-- with such laws.?The one who had draft such law must be people without social experiences.Dont believe--come to my place betw 4-6 pm to verify!
