Band of Activities on Sun

Hi,All solar observer
Observe that when a "bright band" form on the sun,then some unlucky area on our planet get hit by either severe flood(due to super heavy downpour) or severe weather.Examples like--during the great Parkistan flood;the great flood in Australia recently;the great flooding in Indo-China recently,and also the recent flood in East Indonesia,China.In fact,shortly after such a band form on the sun,we had our great flooding at orchard road.Question is WHY?

Well,flood in Spore yesterday in Orchard area again and yes,the brighten northern band can be seen on the sun;in both Cak line and Ha line with bandwidth < or = 0.5A.
However for 3 days--including today--we,in Singapore have no access to the sun due to cloudy sky.
For the Cak version,pls refer to Spaceweather pic by Stefano-Stello--dated June 4th 2011 (Pisa-Italy)(cannot put here due to patent issue).
For Ha version,can go to spaceweather.com or I will post my 2/3 june northern band photo later,which shows the band just brightening up in the north western portion of the sun.
Of course,with this band I think somewhere on Earth there will be heavy ppt and i)its not necesary to be Singapore;heavy ppt may strike at other places on earth ii)it also depend on that country drainage system and how inland it is.
However do notice that such floods do frequent itself after we adapt the unusal habit of using the drains as reservoir to store water for human consumption(after treatment);and a similar flood occur just a year ago (no more once in 50 year ha ha )in June 2010.

And yes flood in China too(Zoabao,7 july 2011)--along the lower portion of provinces along the Yangtze river caused by sudden,superheavy downpour.Now that band on the sun had shinked.3 photo taken on 3 jun 2011 morning to follow.I think this phenomena has something to do with the sort of particles sent out by the sun and the orientation of the earth magnetic field and earth's orientation in space with respect to the sun.What do you think?;other suggestions?

Now for the photos of this northern band--note that on 3 jun,its still being form and so the brightening in one of the photo is less obvious.

It looks like Somalia get hit by flooding rain just aftr the dry famine.Poor thing.

well,N.Korea get its flood last tuesday,and today reported manila,and Thailand--rice planting area gets its share of the flood.This northern belt is still v.v.active.
