Lets look at the problem in a different way--as in all scientific aspect of a problem:a different look is necessary as sometimes we look at aspect that are not the solution---(simple--if you dont solve the problem with this set of assumption;it may be that you are wrong in your basic assumptions and must take a relook at it)it is noticed that ever since some western expert claim that the mosquito had gone 'up'to reproduce in the roof guter,I see such inspector forgetting to look at the drains.NOW,WE ARE USING OUR DRAINS TO STORE DRINKING WATER--IF THERE ARE NO FISHES IN THE DRAINS AND NO FROG OR OTHER NATURAL ENEMY OF MOSQUITO I DONT SEE HOW OUR WATER STORAGE MEDIA CANT BECOMING NATURAL MOSQUITO BREEDING GROUND---EVEN THOUGH THAT FOREIGN TALENT FORGET TO ADVICE US ABOUT IT.Mosquito arent stupid and I think pay dont have the habit of listening to foreign talent. So its time to do a little thinking on our own.

No worries on the drains. Those that have guppies and frogs will still have them. In fact more as there is more water now!
But sigh...apparently my block has been designated as within a cluster zone..nowadays I walk more quickly. Maybe have to spray the mosquito repellent like I do in Mersing! haha.
