I am intending to clear astro equipment that I foresee will have little use in the future. I will be updating with more items and pictures as I dig out more stuff.

1. TPO 8" f/4 Imaging Newtonian Set with lots of stuff [SGD 800] - SOLD
Selling my beloved 8" f/4 Astrograph (Rolled Steel) imaging package with the following items. Original prices in brackets:
a) TPO 8" f/4 Imaging Newtonian Newt (USD 499.00)
Scratches on the external, which can be touched up with paint. Optics in very good condition and cleaned recently. I have replaced the dovetail with a Losmandy one. I can also include the original vixen dovetail FOC if price is met. Comes with both tube rings. I have also upgraded the springs at the back of the telescope to hold collimation better and prevent mirror movements over the night.

Total cost of all the items is USD 993.90, excluding shipping the bulky telescope which would have cost me around USD 200. The OTA weighs in at about 8kg, which could be handled by most small-medium sized mounts. This telescope has went on anything from a ZEQ25 and CG-5GT up to a CGEM and G11. I may consider splitting the rest if the scope is sold first.

2. Canon EOS 400D Modified with Baader UV/IR Cut [SGD 400] - SOLD
Selling a HA modified Canon EOS 400D. Modification increases HA sensitivity by about 4-fold to capture light from abundant ionised hydrogen. This comes with lots of additional accessories such as an AC power adapter, 9 batteries (third party), the original canon battery grip. Comes with original box and unopened CDs/Manuals. This camera has been well used, and tested to have no banding problems (which plagues many of the newer canon models) when stacked with proper software. Sample images from this camera can be found in the same thread as the one above with the TPO Newt.

3. SBIG ST-8300M with FW5-8300 Filter Wheel, Baader LRGBSHO filters [SGD 2800]
Selling one of the last few production models of the SBIG ST-8300M. This one comes with the external desiccant plug which resembles the newer STF series. Made in Singapore. Including original hard case, Baader 2" nosepiece, original CDs and manual. The SII and OIII filters are a very recent purchase and have not been used much. I also have a new Canon EOS lens adapter that I will throw in FOC. I will be selling this overseas if I do not get any local buyers. 4. Vixen 7x50mm Binoculars [SGD 70] - RESERVED
Very lightly used. Comes with original box and sling bag. One eyepiece cap missing, both objective lens caps still included.

5. Hotech Self-Centering Laser Collimator [SGD 80] - SOLD
Lightly used. Comes with original box and leather case. This is one of the best laser collimators you can get for your Newtonian. Original price is USD 145.

Here are some sample images from the ST8300M camera taken from my home window at Toa Payoh. Monochrome cameras may seem like a hassle to run through the filters, but narrowband imaging is where they truly shine, and provide a means to create decent images from even under the skies of the most light polluted country in the world. I have also listed the camera to sell overseas, but I'll still prefer to have a local sale.
