WTS : Cheap EM-10 USD for parts / DIY (Please read description)

Have an EM-10 USD here which I tried to convert to Goto, but some strange mechanical issue (worm binding) which I couldn't figure out put an end to that.
Probably good for your own DIY project, or just to use as a super stable manual EQ mount.
Original USD electronics still work however you will need to machine a collet to re-fit the gears onto the motors as I have bored them out to 5mm (originals are 4mm).

Includes everything you see:
Mount
Upgraded knobs (originals will be given too)
USD electronics
Low latitude wedge
Not pictured but included:
CW shaft and 2 counterweights
Hand controller.
