the OPT corp is quite efficient and friendly. I ordered twice and got my stuff in one week.

I've actually been to the OPT store in San Diego. Met Craig Weatherwax there....he's the funny guy in sandals in all those ads in the astro magazines !

I think their prices are normal (by US standards). They are large, and therefore more professional. But their product range doesn't cover everything though. For example, they don't carry some Orion products I was looking for.

By the way, how much did shipping cost for your two orders ?

the shipping charge is USD 42.50 each (after 15% discount) for UPS 2~3 day delivery.

I can recommend them too. I ordered my c9.25 from them and it arrived within a week - I was impressed! I've now also bought other stuff - the latest an H alpha filter - also arrived in a week.
