hi.. i ned you guys help..
recently.. i order a copy of beautiful universe 2005 vis the sky and telescope.com website.. and that was a month plus ago.. and they send me an email , a shipping confirmation where is state that my copy had been send on 20/1/05 but now is already 22/02/05.!!! do i have to wait such a long time for my copy to arrive in singapore..? im afraid im being cheated... pls advice me

if you're using usps global express mail, wait for another 4 weeks.
if you're using ups/fedex, they should give you the tracking no.

Hmm....I subscribe to both Night Sky and Sky and Telescope, so I know they are reliable as a vendor. I did order through the internet too. The mags always come on time. So far 2nd year already. Did you state how they were to mail it to you (surface or air) ?

I recently subscribed to Sky and Telescope (somewhere on December 2004) via the skyandtelescope website. No problem so far - received my first copy for the February 2005 issue and already received the latest one 2 weeks ago.
The customer service was prompt in replying my questions.

Desmond, have you tried the USPS website ? They have both Track & Confirm (if you can have or can obtain the label number) and Shipping time estimates.
