These high quality 2-inch (OD) aluminium alloy caps (made of anodized T7050 alloy) provide solid protection for your telescope’s focuser end, visual back, diagonals, barlows and more, making your OTA totally plastic free.

LiuMing, can you consider doing something like what Particle Wave Technologies did, a cap that can put silica dessicant in it. This way, it not only acts as a cap, but also as a dehumidifier for the internals of the scope.

No problem. I add some pictures here

With these caps, I can put packet silica dessicant in it. I think it will be useful for a lot of people. You don't need to make it exactly the same or just as nice, as long it works.

Good idea! You can also do one that can double up as a collimation tool, or incorporate a bubble level or compass.

That will be nice! Perhaps a removable plastic dessicant plug so that we can reuse the dessicant. Unfortunately we cannot microwave the aluminium cap, or you can incorporate it directly into the cap.

Cheers!
