Is your scope ready for it ?

Introducing :

Thread On Solar Filters for ETX and Televue Scopes! Invented by ScopeTronix, USA.

Machined from solid aluminum, the high quality filter cell threads directly onto the front of your scope just like the original dust cover! This is combined with a top quality Class A white light solar filter by JMB. Now you can explore the Solar surface in style and safety.

Do place your orders early to avoid disappointment as we foresee that they will be in short supply in the US as the highly anticipated day draws nearer.

*Pricing is as follows :

For -

ETX70 S$115.00
ETX90 S$150.00
ETX105 S$165.00
ETX125 S$180.00

TeleVue Pronto S$150.00
TeleVue 76 S$150.00
TeleVue 85 S$160.00

* price excludes shipping - estimated shipping costs for single filter orders are S$65.00 by EMS. Group orders are encouraged so that you can split the shipping cost among yourselves.

Thank you.

Oh, , I had a Skylight filter attached to my digital camera when I took this shot. I make it a habit to leave it on nowadays...

Anway, the visual image of the sun as seen through the thread-on solar filter is *white* in colour. Unfortunately, the models listed above are the only ones available in this (thread-on) series at the moment.
