Avatars ?

Can't seem to upload avatars... is this function disabled or something?

Hi Yong Quan,
I noticed that if you do not select an Avatar, you get this "NO Avatar" box which is so glaring. Is it possible to give everyone a default avatar instead and let them change as necessary. It could be the singastro logo or even on of your own (I like yours...very colourful and nice but would be even nicer if you can edit the dog/fox/wof to be holding a telescope! )

Thanks! That was fast and the avartar is very well done too...it even asks people to change it!
So back to your own, what is the correct answer? Maybe you can make it into a contest??
