Observation Session

I browsing through the previous threads and have noticed some issues regarding obs sessions. Why not we set up a thread, keep it "sticky", so as to allow forummers intending to obs at a particular area of SG, to put up his notice. Eg. I notice WX has a lot of individual posting regarding the obs at tampines, so why not we consolidate it and post it under "East sites" , etc..........?
