At least the first few sections are quite easy. Good find!
[80% Steve, 20% Alfred] ------- Probability of Clear Skies = (Age of newest equipment in days) / [(Number of observers) * (Total Aperture of all telescopes present in mm)]

Yah, A goof find I agree.

I was trying to find articles like these recently.

Anyone has links to different types of lens quality? Recently some of us were talking about the type of lens different makers use. Thanks.
