Hi Bro/Sis,

How can I find nebula and galaxy up above our sky?

Had do lot of reading but still having a hard time to find 1.

any step by step?

Hi bern,

the tried-and-tested methods before the age of GOTO is the simply star-hopping method. Find a nearby bright star and work your way towards the object. For that you need to have a star map or sky atlas with stellar magnitudes down to at least magnitude 8 (that was what I used when I was still using a 50mm scope).

Do bear in mind that not all Deep Sky Objects (DSOs) can be seen in your scope due to the aperture (assuming its not a light bucket) or the poor seeing (weather conditions or just the suck-thumb light pollution).
