I did call signet and they gave me another proxy to add into the tools thingy, now it works!

whoa...I'm on Singnet too and yes, I just checked and it can't load either. :( I don't use this website but curious what other websites are blocked?

I typed something like proxy singnet.com.sg then 8080 in another field that I cant now relocate, but that has solved the issue!
