Unable to see anything with scope

Post by haejae »

Hello to all. I am a newbie who just purchased a celestron 127eq scope. Recent nights have been relatively clear but i am unable to see much besides 2 or 3 stars like Vega and altair. any suggestions to improve? It is kind of frustrating at times when you spend 3 hours trying to locate object even with a 5 inch scope

This problem has nothing to do with the scope. It is bad seeing condition due to the haze and clouds. Just have to be patient and wait for a good night. Good luck :)

I want to review all of my past articles, but can only display the most recent 50 articles. How can I see all articles older than the most recent 50?
