Eh, not fair! Can't tell if it is a 1.25" or 2" from the pic. Any clues? Any other views of the eyepiece?

ok..it's a 1.25" eyepiece. The other views are the same. There is no words or markings on the eyepiece. I did not purposely hide anything.

No.

It will take a person with good familiarity on eyepieces to answer this one.

what are we suppose to guess? brand or type?

since it have no markings, i believe it is one of the earliest ep from some manufacturer. prolly some well known manufacturer since it's own by vin snr. eyepiece looks like it's around 7-10mm.

my guess, one of the early mono.

Hi,
Look like a "make in germany" thing from the old days... a wild guess: may be an old carl zeiss eyepiece?? :?:

Have a nice day.

OK, I will be probably making a fool of myself, but here goes:

My observations:

1. No markings.
2. Looks old, not classy.
3. Probably a short FL eyepiece.

My guesses:
1. An old monocentric eyepiece, unknown manufacturer
2. A non-commercial eyepiece e.g. Gary Russel or an older Siebert eyepiece, maybe Plossl or Kellner

When will the answer be announced?
