Thanks for your blessings! Considering it was my first talk there, only localised library publicity, exam period, haze and weekday night, I consider the talk and subsequent Moon-gazing went on quite well. LOL. :)

Big thanks to NLB for mooting the idea and approving the talk proposal and the management and staff of Toa Payoh Library for their generous support despite facing some technical issues of their own during the past few days.

Big thanks to all who came and helped out - Kelvin, Richard, Weixing, Gavin, Alfred, Clifford, Dave, Ava, Hazrie & Anggie and some of my regular "customers" who have been supporting my sidewalks. I can really feel the strong moral support and appreciate it very much. Your feedback about the talk and delivery is very useful for my version 1.0 presentation and will definitely deliver a version 1.1 on Sunday evening. :)

Hope you guys enjoyed the gathering as much as I did! We had so much fun chatting I just realised we forgot about our Mao Shang Wangs!

Hi Gary,
Paiseh...I did not really help out except sit in the audience! But a very good and enthusiastic effort on your part. Thanks for inviting us over. I likely will not be able to join in the Sunday session, so wishing you have another good one in advance. Thanks to NLB for organizing the event and Kelvin for buying the drinks for us thirsty participants !
Cheers :)

Thanks Richard! Just being there is a great form of morale support and encouragement like what your previous trip to the Bishan-Ang Mo Kio park did to Bishan sidewalk group. Not easy to rush down on a weekday evening during peak hour with F1 road closures after a long day at work. :)

Love your cool "watch"! Hope to see a droid version running google sky map someday. :)

Took this screenshot from Google Maps trying to show driving instructions to Toa Payoh Public Library

From "A", drive down lorong 2 --> Lorong 6 --> Lorong 4 --> Carpark behind library at "B".

Image

Since I am not a driver, I am not 100% sure. Those who have driven to there before please feel free to correct me and offer alternative routes and carparking locations. Thanks!
