Near-Earth Asteroid 2012 DA14 - 16 Feb 2013 (Singapore time)

So this is what our asteroid looks like, a potato shaped and elongated object 40m across:

I had been eargerly awaiting the release of the radar imagery taken by NASA's Goldstone Solar System Radar.

The resolution in the images and video of 2012 DA14 is quite low though, compared with the asteroid's size, probably due to the small size of the asteroid.
