Hi ch33lin. Welcome back to the forum. 
Where did you see that group of people at Bishan Park? Near McDonald's or at the opposite area near the reclining benches? Do you still remember the colour of any telescopes there (if any)?
Some of us will be at the SAFRA Jurong for the free stargazing + talk event on 20 April. More info: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11871
Perhaps after the SAFRA event, we can join you at Bishan Park since some of us stay around Bishan / Toa Payoh area.
