probably chang er taking a bath.. so cloud_cover assisted her.. covering up the spectacular view..

Chang'er finish bathing and threw away all the bath water. Can see her very clearly for the past hour from Toa Payoh!

Her skin so brilliantly white! Can be the next SK-II ambassador and replace Tang Wei. :)

@cloud_cover - I didn't say she was not fully clothed when she threw the bath water away. :) Students and young kids will see more flesh revealed while walking along Orchard Road on any day. :)
