Solar Eclipse

I'll be observing from my HDB corridor. Nice clear east-view on 16th-floor. Can see it at pretty low angles. Now to pray for the weather.

I brought the free solar viewer that I got from the Venus Transit 2008 and observed it from my office car park. Lots of colleagues joined in too. A simple tool, yet able to engage so many people!

True. Actually apart from seeing the solar eclipse, one of the things I enjoy is shared my scope with some curious onlookers. They knew there is eclipse and this guy with the scope must be seeing it [smilie=admire.gif]

I forced a slightly hesitant neighbor to look through a solar filter so that he can enjoy this wonder. He must think I'm weird! :D
