just post here saying who will go (you, your friends, how many, which events - just the meteor shower or the whole event - that you want to go). Alternatively, you can pm jin peng.

Hi there, earthtk!
Welcome onboard! You are free to come down for the event. Please do. Bring your friends too. You could just send a Private Message (PM) to Jinpeng who is organising this, to let him know, so he can keep track of the numbers attending, and account for logistics and administrative reasons.

To all of you, have a great time! This sounds like a wonderful event. Please post pictures afterwards. I live in a very remote area and have to travel long distances to attend large astronomy events. I'm hoping for good seeing during the shower. If it ever stops snowing here I might actually see the sky again.
Clear Skies,
Michael

Hi,

I am addressing to all the singastro members who are
bringing scopes. I won't be staying to watch the
meteor shower (has a small son) but am interested
to do some viewing through the scopes. What time are you
guys coming down?
