Anyway, currently at the small field between the Tampines Sport Hall, Tampines Swimming Pool and the Mosque. Tonight after 9pm should be there if weather is good.

Have a nice day.

Sorry didn't notices your post. Yes, my obs session is always open to public.

Anyway, yesterday night was cloudy, so didn't go for any obs.

Have a nice day.

Hi Weixing. Thanks for the confirmation. Dave, Ava and I will tweet your future sessions to our small group of twitter followers so those of them staying near the east can drop by your observation session.

The original map/photo in the first post of this thread is mislinked/deleted after the forum upgrade. Based on your description, I think the location is here:

Google Map --> http://goo.gl/maps/sLbt
Google Street View --> http://goo.gl/maps/zxytK

Looks like a good dark location with the trees shielding the street lamps! [smilie=good-job.gif]

Hope those staying in the East can come and support your sessions there with or without telescopes.

Hi Weixing,

Just learn about this forum and happy to know it is your observation site. I do hope you'll allow me to join in and don't mind me being a complete noob.

Thanks in advance! :mryellow:

Thanks very much, Weixing. It's my first time looking through a telescope. It feels great!

Will try to read about astronomy so can partly understand what you say.

Many thanks to you and this forum [smilie=crying2.gif] .
