That's great! My 10" dob should (hopefully) be ready by then. I am slowly getting the parts together.

Thanks, Remus.

that sounds exciting, Kay Heem! Will look forward.

Opteron, there will be others who are bringing telescopes, and I am sure they will be happy to let you take a peek or more.

Can you organize another trip in Mar/Apr next year to the same place at Desaru instead of mersing?
Good suggestion! I have given up this year for observing... :(

one should not be greedy. we had a generally haze-free year so far...enjoy it.
No one can guarantee that next year the haze will stay away also...

Aiyah......how come all those overseas dates clashes with my schedule.....

Would really like to join you guys at Desaru, but I can't stay overnight as I have something on the next morning.

As I've never been to Desaru before, is it possible to drive up and meet you guys there at about 10pm and drive back to SGP at about 3-4am? How long does it take to drive there?

Need some more jumbo fishballs ???
Also just realised that my area sells the Tar Pao (big pao) which is 20-30% bigger than a toilet roll. Think you need two person to finish the pao.....
