Comet Pan-STARRS from Inner Mongolia, China

CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!

Excellent photos, Jiahao! Thanks for sharing. Very nice backdrop of the wind farms and grasses, and the twilight reds too.

Looks like the wide-field Artist has struck again. Comets beware: he will chase and chase you!

Nice Jia Hao! I was under the impression that the comet is too low now unless there is a clear sky to the horizon but your pics gives the impression it is still high enough.
Those wind turbines are interesting as a backdrop. Very environmentally friendly! :)

I second that. I had scoured the Internet for panstarrs images whilst tracking it's progress in the hope i could recognise it. IMHO, Jiahao, your photos are the best out there.

@JiaHao Did you try to capture the comet and the Moon together in the same photo?
