Today's sun! Finally some sun spots appeared. This time I decided to ditch the weight of an EQ mount in favour of manual tracking. Equipment used are: 1) William Optics Zenithstar 66SD; 2) Half Hitch FTX mount; 3) ASI 120MC; 4) Thousand Oaks glass solar filter; 5) 2x Astronomik UV/IR cut; 6) Baader Solar Continuum filter

Original version in green (due to the Solar Continuum filter)

Took an image of the sun with my handphone through Chia's (Superiostream) H-alpha solar scope. The real image is so superb that the picture doesn't do it justice at all.
