M27 & M57 revisited

These are my first targets when started astrophotography about a year ago. Now i give it a go again, this time with the cooled slr camera. The Dumbell was imaged on last Sat. and the Ring last evening.

The equipments:
Tak Mewlon 210
Tak 0.8x reducer/flatener
Canon 350D (modified)
50mm Mini Borg guide scope
Meade DSI as guide camera
Losmandy GM8
Astronomik UHC filters
ImagesPlus software for image capture & processing

M27
21x4 minutes ISO1600

M57
15x5 minutes ISO1600

Nice.. but the stars look too uniformly 'cold' and white.. or is it my monitor? :P
