Hi,
For those who are interested, the Newtonian Telescope Computer Aided Design Software ("Newt") now had a web edition:
http://stellafane.org/tm/newt-web/newt-web.html

Source code is provided, so you should be able to install on your PC/notebook if your PC/notebook had web server installed.
